Rca dta800b converter box codes

We happened to be in a town with a WalMart and checked to see if they had a converter. We purchased two converters. All other channels were fine. We called our area CBS station, thinking perhaps there was a problem there. We have tried everything imaginable, still no audio for CBS. What do you suggest? If we have to buy a more expensive unit we will have to pay full price, as we have already used our coupons. October 23, am.
